Della Williams

Della is currently studying patent administration through CIPA. Her daily tasks ranging from initial assessments of ideas, Intellectual Patent Searching through to patenting advice. Della joined Innovate in 2008 and has progressed into the position of research and administration manager. In her spare time she enjoys country walks and off roading.

Amy Green

Studying for BSc (hons) Social Sciences at the University of Bath, Amy focussed primarily on quantitative social policy research. After graduating, Amy has transferred these skills to work in intellectual property research at Innovate. In her spare time, Amy likes swimming and running.

Clio Davies

Clio graduated from Southampton University with a BA Hons English degree. Her literary background has helped her to excel in her role as Intellectual Property Researcher. In her spare time, Clio has a keen interest in music and drama which has seen her achieve a LAMDA teaching qualification.

Joely Brown

Joely just completed a Modern Apprenticeship Business Administration at Level 3 while working with Innovate; she is also going to start an IAB Certificate in Book-Keeping. In her spare time Joely enjoys riding her horses and walking.

Polly Digance

Having graduated in 2008 with a BSc Hons in Business marketing and Financial planning, Polly has recently joined the team and is involved in both the Marketing and Intellectual Property Office Research aspects of Innovate Design. Previously Polly worked for Mitsubishi and was involved in attending events, dealing with sales and marketing. In her spare time, Polly is a keen horse rider and is often found competing at the weekend with her horses.
