Innovate Product Design has been providing idea and design development services since 2001.
Innovate Product Design employs experienced and graduate Product Designers and an Intellectual Property Solicitor; and works closely with a consultant firm of chartered and European patent attorneys. In addition the Managing Director and all members of staff dealing with your idea are both experienced and competent in intellectual property matters and/or design development. Competence / Confidentiality
Innovate Product Design voluntarily comply with the British Standard for the provision of services relating to the commercialization of intellectual property rights and have a qualified, experienced and regulated Intellectual Property Solicitor in-house; but always recommends that the Inventor seeks advice from an independent regulated advisor on available Intellectual Property.
Innovate Product Design is not subject to the regulations of a professional body or specific statute therefore before you engage us, and there is any exchange of confidential information with you, we provide the reassurance of a simple Non-Disclosure Agreement (also known as a Confidentiality Agreement.)
Fees
Initial research on your idea is free of charge. Any fees to be paid by you during our engagement will always be explained and agreed before any commencement of work or obligation to pay. Refunds or part-refunds of fees may be available in limited circumstances, such as where cancellation of work occurs before commencement. We also reserve the right to refuse work, but will provide reasons, and refunds if applicable.
Our business and documentation is formulated to be compliant with BS 8538:2011
