The Project Overview
Chargem™ is a high-capacity multi-device charging station engineered to power up to six mobile products simultaneously using just a single wall outlet. Designed for the modern, tech-heavy household or office, Chargem™ eliminates cable clutter while maintaining a compact, "slick and funky" aesthetic.
The Challenge: Balancing Aesthetics with Technical Safety
Logical Gadgets required a solution that could house complex electronics for six devices without becoming bulky or overheating. The challenge was to move the project from a functional requirement to a space-saving consumer product that was cost-effective to manufacture.

Casing & CAD Development: Our team used advanced CAD software to develop a casing that was both visually appealing and optimized for the injection moulding process.
Thermal Management: The electronics and casing were developed in tandem. We engineered the internal layout to ensure adequate ventilation, preventing heat build up during high-capacity charging.
Cost Optimization: By minimizing the unit size and selecting strategic materials, we reduced the eventual manufacturing costs without sacrificing the product’s premium feel.
