Innovate Design Studio Commended

April 8th, 2011

We were delighted to be approached by the Salisbury Civic Society Conservation Awards Scheme this month, with the announcement that the warehouse conservation we undertook on our design & research studio in Salisbury has been commended for “outstanding work to an existing building”.

The characterful warehouse building – standing three storeys high and housing at least forty employees – is within a stones throw of famous Wiltshire landmarks such as Salisbury Cathedral and Old Sarum.

The Salisbury Civic Society was quoted saying;
“It was primarily for the exterior impact, which has significantly enhanced this part of the city’s historic centre, that the project was felt by the judges to be well worth the commendation.”

The commendation names Innovate Product Design Ltd, as well as Snug Projects Ltd as architects, LST Projects as contractors, and Alexander Associates as structural engineers.
