Happy New Year!
January is a great time to get inspired and turn an idea into a reality. Both The Apprentice and Dragons Den have new series starting on the 6th of January so it will be great to see some more entrepreneurship return to our screens!
The Apprentice sees a group of businesspeople competing in a series of business-related challenges set by Lord Alan Sugar, in order to prove themselves worthy of a £250,000 investment in their business. It’s a great way for entrepreneurs to learn additional business skills and be entertained at the same time!
Dragon’s Den is a show that allows several entrepreneurs an opportunity to present their varying business ideas to a panel of five wealthy investors, the “Dragons” and pitch for financial investment while offering a stake of the company in return. It takes a lot of courage from the candidates to demonstrate their business ventures. The show also provides valuable lessons for other entrepreneurs and the application process is open to all with an online form.
Sara Davies, was one of the Dragon’s who invested in PipeEasy. A product we helped Teirnan bring to life by offering him a visual representation of his product in an affordable and professional approach that he was then able to take to investors and manufacturers. We look forward to seeing if any more of our clients appear on the show in the future!
